measure the circumference of your head using a measuring tape. wrap the tape just above your eyebrows and around the widest part of your head.
fit tips
most riders can size down the helmet shell.
example: if you normally wear a large, try a medium.
each shell size includes two sets of padding.
if the fit feels too snug, switch to the second liner pad set for a more comfortable fit.
